- Easy Operation & Fast Measurement - Surface roughness gauge Equipped with a high-brightness 256*64 OLED display for clear and easy data reading, it supports one-key start measurement, and only takes 2 seconds to complete data calculation after the measurement stroke. The one-point calibration function is simple to operate, enabling users to finish calibration quickly; it also supports metric/inch mode switching and 10-minute auto power-off for energy saving.
- Durable Structure - TR100 surface roughness tester adopts a firm and durable piezoelectric ceramic sensor, with a diamond stylus (tip radius 10μm±1μm, 90° tip angle) for accurate and stable testing. The metal shell provides strong anti-interference ability, as well as anti-shock and anti-vibration performance, with a stationary measuring force ≤0.016N to protect both the tested surface and the stylus tip.
